• Charges will appear on your credit card statement as 'CSCOCALA LLC'
• Every effort will be made to ship you order in its entirety. That being said, many of our products are hand made or hand crafted. With these products we make a diligent effort to forecast customer demands and maintain sufficient inventory on hand; however, there are situations where demand simply exceeds both inventory on hand and our production capacity. In the event that a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable or backordered one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you with your available options.
